We also got word that Taysom Hill will not play, providing more red zone opportunities for Alvin Kamara. Hill has vultured many touchdowns from running backs this year, and the fact that he’s not playing makes me even more confident in this play.

Kamara has just five touchdowns in nine games this season, but that’s about to change. He’s second on the team in both targets (69) and receptions (60) and is averaging 14.8 rushing attempts per game. He gets a dream matchup against Carolina, who has allowed a league-worst 20 total touchdowns to the running back position.

Kylen Granson, More/Less Than 12.5 Receiving Yards

Kylen Granson averages 12.4 yards per reception on 3.1 targets per game from the tight end position for the Colts. The Colts have thrown the ball much more since Gardner Minshew took over at quarterback. That will continue today against the Bengals, who allow the fourth-most ing yards in the NFL.

Granson is coming off a three-catch, 72-yard game against the Titans and gets the best matchup he’ll see all season. The Bengals have allowed the most receiving yards to tight ends and the second-most receptions per game at 6.7. This is not a sexy play by any means, but it’s a smart one.
